If data is missing, we investigate. We carry out a preliminary evaluation of your order at no cost, we prepare a work project and provide a budget adjusted to the evaluation.
Otherwise, if you need it, we offer you the services of our associated agency for the processing of administrative, notarial or legal procedures.
The new Grandchildren Law or Law of Democratic Memory will allow children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of Spaniards to obtain Spanish nationality directly, processed from consulates, without having to reside in Spain and, so far, without a time limit.
Three possible situations for citizenship application.
- Children or grandchildren born outside Spain to a Spanish father, mother or grandfather/grandmother who were exiled and left Spain for political, ideological or belief reasons, as well as for sexual orientation and identity; and who, due to said exile, lost or renounced their Spanish nationality. Their children or grandchildren may apply for citizenship under Article 20 of the Spanish Civil Law.
- Sons and daughters born abroad to Spanish women who lost their nationality by marrying foreigners before the enactment of the 1978 Spanish Constitution.
- The adult sons and daughters of those Spaniards whose nationality of origin was recognized by virtue of the right of option according to the Law of Historical Memory or the present Law of Democratic Memory. Ministry of the Presidency, Parliamentary Relations and Democratic Memory.
